Do you specialize in any type of case?
I limit my services to only commercial disputes. No personal injury, family law or other cases outside of my extensive expertise in litigating real estate and other business cases. Given my many years handling various real estate cases as a lawyer, such make up a large portion of my mediations. Mediations involving business breakups and other general business disputes are also common.
Where is your mediation facility?
Most of my mediations take place via Zoom teleconferences. I am willing to do in-person mediations as well. Since my office does not have the multiple conference rooms needed for mediations, my in-person mediations all take place at the offices of one of the case counsel.
Do you charge for travel time for mediations outside West Palm Beach?
I do not charge for travel for mediations anywhere within Palm Beach County. Elsewhere, my travel-time is charged at a reduced rate of 50%.
What other services do you provide besides acting as a mediator?
I am also available to provide expert witness services concerning topics within my expertise, such as to real estate issues, business issues and attorneys fees issues.
